Exchange and Return Policy
- Products can be exchanged or refunded within 3 days from the date of receiving the product within the Kingdom only.
- Products intended for return or exchange must be in their original condition, with no removal of the product information card attached or stickers on the products, and must be packaged in the original packaging and unused.
- The customer is not responsible for shipping costs in case of replacement or refund in the following cases:
- The customer receives a product other than what was ordered.
- Breakage or malfunction of the product due to a shipping company error.
- The product is defective for any manufacturing reason.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs in case of replacement or refund, which is estimated at (50) Riyals in the following cases:
- The customer selects a product other than what they wanted.
- The product is no longer suitable for them.
- The customer no longer wants the product.
- If the customer does not like the product after opening its original packaging, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The customer has the right to request a return or exchange of the product if it is found to be faulty after opening it. The product will be inspected by the Orleek store technical team to determine if the product contains the mentioned problem. If the problem is confirmed, the product will be replaced or refunded free of charge according to the customer's preference. If the problem is not confirmed, the customer will bear the shipping fees for the product's return, which are estimated at (50) Riyals.
If the customer does not receive the returned product from the shipping company, it will be returned to the Orleek store team and will be disposed of. The customer is not entitled to claim compensation for the product or a refund of the amount paid when purchasing it.
Exchange and Return Procedure:
You can submit a request for exchange or return by sending the following information to the WhatsApp number (0591213354) or to the email ([email protected]):
- Customer's phone number.
- Customer's name.
- Name of the product to be exchanged or returned.
- Reason for exchange or return.
You will be notified of the return process and assisted directly once your request is received and the products and accessories are confirmed to be in good condition.
